As a person with ADHD. I wanted to move away from the boring, traditional, spreadsheet-style weekly goal tracking method. I wanted to make it more interactive but keep it simple at the end-user level and thus, the Automated Self-Motivation Challenge was born.

This is a personal challenge to log your daily progress and keep a perfect week streak for X amount of time. I wanted to make this challenge both helpful and inspiring, rather than stressful. So, each week progress card comes with an inspirational quote and image.

At the start of each week, the daily check-in section and weekly progress cards automatically change without manual interaction. Automatic tracking handles everything; just remember to tick the box daily. All box ticks give you a gold star and a percentage of the week complete bar.
